Our Story

In response to Chinese people from all over the world in the 21st century to jointly undertake the Lord’s Great Commission and support missionaries’ work on the front lines, Galilee International US (GIU) was established in August 2018 and received tax exemption from the US government the following year qualifications. The establishment of GIU hopes to provide a platform for participation by Chinese churches in North America, mission agencies, and brothers and sisters who are interested in participating in universal missions.

We often feel that our own strength is very small, how can we undertake the missionary work? However, the Lord Jesus is still knocking at the door of your heart today, and said to us kindly: "I want to use you!"

There are so many things we can do in participating in the Great Commission of universal missions. God uses different gifts in the last days to complete his Great Commission through teamwork of various ethnic groups. Our members include church pastors, seminary professors, retired missionaries, business owners, professionals from all walks of life, housewives, and empty nesters. Every week we pray for the family in front of us through the Internet, and we also mobilize to participate in mission work in various churches.

Faith Statement

  1. We believe that the Father, Son,and Holy Spirit are the only true God of the Trinity.

  2. We believe in the Father as the Almighty, All-Knowing, Loving and Righteous Creator and sustainer of all things.

  3. We believe in the divine nature of Jesus Christ, born of a virgin by the Holy Spirit. He replaced guilt with innocence. He shed blood on the cross to accomplish the work of salvation. He rose from the dead on the third day and went back to God the Father's right side. He will come again in person.

  4. We believe that the Holy Spirit is God of the Trinity. He is the same as the Father and the Son. He rebukes, empowers, and sends the church to obey Jesus Christ's great commission.

  5. We believe that all of the New and Old Testament are God's inerrant revelation. Revealing God's will and plans to save mankind, the Bible is the highest principles for Christians’ faith and life.

  6. We believe that man was created in the image of God, and fell and sinned through Adam. All human beings became sinners. They cannot save themselves. In order to be saved and have a new life they need to confess and repent, accepting the redemption of Jesus Christ and the transformation from the Holy Spirit.

  7. We believe that the church is one, composed of people born again by the Holy Spirit, with Christ as the head, and accepting the Lord ’s great commission, going to the whole world to preach the gospel for all people.

  8. We believe that the redeemed will be resurrected to eternal life, and those who do not believe in the Lord will be condemned to hell.
